The SiS GO Isotonic Gel was the world’s first isotonic gel to effectively deliver a quick supply of easily digestible carbohydrate for energy during exercise. Recommended Usage:
Consume 1-3 GO Isotonic gels per hour to deliver approximately 60 grams of carbohydrate and maximize carbohydrate utilization rates. Where hydration is also important, SiS GO Isotonic Gels can also be consumed with SiS GO Hydro or with SiS GO Electrolyte to ensure a combination of both energy and fluid delivery during exercise.

How often would you recommend taking these during exercise e.g. a long run?
Typically 1 every 20-30 minutes but this needs to be part of a strategy taking 60-80g of carbs per hour for max performance. Alternatively they can can be taken just as needed.
